Developed, distributed and maintained complex character arcs, based on demographic interests, for each on-air host.
Changed POV of show presentation for listener to feel included. (As 5th member, not just “overhearing other people talk.”)

2020 Pandemic RESPONSE
Relayed only fact-based information from highest sources at that time.
Highlighted feelings of vulnerability, fear, and importance of mental health.
Chose positive and realistic content to present on show to keep listeners spirits up.
Found creative solutions to all major cancellations. (EX: St. Patrick’s Day Parade cancelled; we made one up. No in-studio performances? Show staff started a band.)
Show was cancelled Sept 14, 2020 as part of Entercom’s company wide COVID cutbacks.
