I have been made fun of for the 6 years I’ve lived here, but yes I do have a convertible, in Seattle.
I do know about all the problems that come along with having this car, but for the 2 weeks a year that it is actually nice here….It is the coolest car to have!!!
For the past 3 years I have had my car garaged, so the rain didn’t bother it. But my current place charges $1550 a month for a 1 bedroom and THEN wants $150 EXTRA per month for parking……..no way…that’s crazy….
So my car is outside….Bordering the ghetto, and subject to the rain…and boy did it rain on Tuesday, didn’t it?
I got into my car after the storm and found a POOL of water on my passenger side….Remembering the times when I didn’t garage my car, the only solution to this problem is driving down to the local gas station and vaccum out all the water..then wait for….THE STINK!!! The moldy-water stink that I haven’t had in my car for 3 years… (My friends dubbed my car, ‘Stink-Mobile’)
The solution? Always…Baking Soda…. But since my girlfriend has a new-found love for baking, I couldn’t just steal the box, I had to take some to my car in a container………… Do you think this looks bad?????? Like it’s something else? Sitting in a car….bordering the ghetto??
