I’m more than sure she doesn’t want to pay for the update (that I mentioned in the CList ad) and because if that, she’s doing things to it that will make it not work so I take it back.

Her first email to me after 3.5 days of having the computer

So i was wondering… I am having a few problems with the operating
system, I cannot upgrade the current, Also I am not able to watch any

Yeah yeah! The comp needs to be updated to 10.4 but you have to find
someone who has it on a disk (or you have to download it) cos the current operating system is 10.3.9. You could download firefox but you have to download the version that goes with 10.3! I mentioned it in the ad about how it needed to be upgraded (cos it can not be recognized by an iPhone!)

Oh did I mention the mouse pad fails, so 90 % of the time it wont
click. Wondering if you had any reccomendations for that
I swear to god, I swear on my name, my reputation and my career, that there were no problems with the mouse AT ALL…at ALL! This is what I wrote back:

never once failed on me?! It’s strong and makes a very distinct click sound

really there is no war but i did not have the ability to go on to the internet at your place and check it out really. if what you say is true you should be able to sell it no problem its not like i got it home and ruined it all of a sudden. What is happening is happening I just wanted a computer that worked properly for me and this seems not to be.

Listen, both of my parents are lawyers. I did everything legal, I let you check it out, I asked you if you wanted to connect it to the internet, you said, ‘no, you were all set’. We did a legal transaction where I let you try out the computer, and you said, ‘yes, okay’. I didn’t pressure you, I didn’t force you. I will not return the money to you, and I have proof of everything just in case you wanna take this any further.
You got a deal on it. If you search, the computer goes for $300+. If you don’t want it..Sell it. Now leave me alone.
